Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and delivery location.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s status on our website or through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.

5. Shipping Issues
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as a damaged package or an incorrect delivery, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in processing or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

7. Where We Ship From

All orders are dispatched from South East Asia and shipped internationally by FedEx, DHL or UPS. Delivery to most destinations takes 3–7 business days.

8. Import Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges

The shipping cost shown at checkout is the only shipping charge we make. It covers carriage from our warehouse to your address and nothing else.

Orders may additionally be subject to import duty, customs charges and local taxes on arrival in your country. These are not shipping charges and they are not charged by House of Parts. They are set by your own country's customs authority, calculated on the declared value of the goods, and collected by the carrier on that authority's behalf.

FedEx and DHL normally invoice the recipient directly for these after delivery, together with a customs clearance or brokerage fee of their own. That invoice comes from the carrier, not from us, and no part of it is paid to us.

United States customers: Since the US $800 de minimis exemption was withdrawn, every commercial shipment entering the United States is subject to duty regardless of value. You should expect a charge from FedEx/DHL/UPS after delivery.

If you would like an estimate of the likely duty before you order, email orders@houseofparts.co with the part number and your country, and we will tell you what to expect.
